As a result of tragic accidents involving children and window blinds, The British Blinds and Shutter Association (BBSA), brought in to effect mandatory changes to the standards which will be applicable to the entire industry.
To instil a standard for safety and best practice, the Blind Safety Guide issued (EN13120) from February 2014.
Lonsdale have been proactive with regard to child safety and we will continue to take the lead.
